  • Applications for events you wish to participate in do not secure seats. Please note that depending on the seating situation of the classroom on the day, it may be "move to another time" or "cannot participate".

    Each faculties / department introduction and essay preparation course will be distributed on YouTube after September.

  • Congestion is expected on the day, so please come by public transportation as much as possible.
    If you come by car, please refrain from parking at nearby commercial facilities as it may cause inconvenience.
  • On the day of the event, you can participate in each event after receiving reception in Building I of the Main Building.
    Please consider whether it will be in time for the start time of the event you want to participate in, and choose public transportation or free shuttle bus service.

When using JR

From JR Shimonoseki Station
  • Sanden Bus No. 3 (approximately 20 minutes ride), Yamanota bus stop
    4 minutes walk from the bus stop, 2 minutes walk from the Daigakucho 2-chome bus stop
  • Sanden Bus No. 5 (approximately 20 minutes ride), Yamanota bus stop
    Get off and walk for 4 minutes
From JR Hatabu Station
  • About 20 minutes on foot
  • About 5 minutes by taxi
From JR Shin-Shimoseki Station (East Exit)
  • Take Sanden Bus No. 1 (approximately 15 minutes) to the Kawanakayutakamachi Line
    Get on the bus and get off at "Daigakumachi 2-chome" bus stop for 2 minutes on foot
  • About 10 minutes by taxi

If the seats are full, you may not be able to board.

Depending on the road conditions on the day, it may not be possible to meet the start time of the desired event.
(Buses departing from Shin-Shimoseki Station at 9:40 and Hatabu Station at 9:50 will not be in time for the event that starts at 10:00.)
