Scholarships from the Japan Student Services Organization are loaned during your enrollment period and must be returned after graduation. The returned scholarship is loaned immediately as a junior scholarship, and if the return is not carried out smoothly, it will seriously hinder the junior scholarship loan. Please understand the mechanism of this system, which can only be realized by fulfilling your responsibilities as a scholarship student, and be sure to return it as promised.

[Start of Return of Scholarships]
Return start (first transfer date) is October 27, 2014 (Monday).
The transfer will be automatically transferred from the completed relay account, so please be careful not to make the transfer impossible due to insufficient balance.

[About various procedures]
If there is a change in the information (address, office, telephone number, etc.) entered in the return pledge, please notify the Japan Student Services Organization using the prescribed format or a dedicated website (Skara Net Personal). If you do not report the change, you may have trouble such as not receiving important notices from the Japan Student Services Organization.

 [About advance return]
Both Class 1 scholarships and Class 2 scholarships can be refunded in full or part of the installments that have not yet arrived. If you wish to return early, please apply in the prescribed format. 

[Notes]
・Please note that if the return is delayed due to insufficient balance, non-submission of notification, etc., it will be overdue and arrearages will be imposed.
・If the state of arrears continues, your personal information will be registered with the "Personal Credit Information Institution", and you may not be able to restrict credit card usage, mortgage loans, etc.  

If it becomes difficult to return...
In the event of a disaster, injury, illness, economic difficulties, unemployment, etc. that cannot be returned, you can request a reduction in the installment amount or a postponement of the refund deadline as follows.
