Request for disclosure of performance

We will disclose the results of the entrance examination to Shimonoseki City University entrance examination applicants in 2025.
The disclosure request period must arrive from May 15 (Thursday) to June 2 (Monday), 2025.

Method of billing

In the case of window

Please submit the following 12 at Admission Division (Main Building I, Building 2).

①: Record Disclosure Invoice
※You can also hand over the request form at the Admission Division office.
②: University admission ticket

In the case of mailing

Please mail the following 123 to Admission Division.
Please write "Request for disclosure of entrance examination results" in red on the envelope surface.

If you lose your admission ticket, you can substitute it with the admission ticket (original) for the common entrance test.
③: Reply envelope (Long form No. 3, stamp for 460 yen, address clearly specified)

Notes

Only the examinee can claim it.
If the documents are incomplete, we will not be able to accept them.
If you take multiple selections, please submit a request for disclosure of grades for each selection.
However, only one envelope for submission and reply may be acceptable.

Method of receiving

It will be issued after the end of the disclosure request period.

In the case of window

It will be issued in Admission Division.
Please bring your ID (student ID, driver's license, etc.) to confirm your identity.

In the case of mailing

It will be returned with the admission ticket in a reply envelope.
※In case of insufficient stamp fee, etc., we will return it by Yu Packet cash on delivery.

Ranking and total score
(Those who use the 3-Department Aspiration System are the rank and total score of the 1st Aspiration Department.)

Ranking of those who have applied for admission at another university before the announcement of the acceptance
Ranking of the 2nd and 3rd Aspirations for those who use the 3rd Aspiration System
