Please note that the on-campus network system will be unavailable.

2024.08.02 About the opening schedule of computer training room during summer vacation
During the summer holidays (August 8 to September 26, 2024), the computer training room is as follows.

Usage time
The usage time of the computer training room is as follows, but the classroom and time zone may be changed due to cleaning and maintenance, so please check the notice on this page and the notice on the door of the computer training room. please.

- Class A-303 classrooms and B-209 classrooms are not available during class because classes are priority classes.
- All rooms will be closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Qualification of use
- The computer training room is available only to students and faculty members of the university.
- The user name and password for using the personal computer in the computer training room will be issued to all students at the time of enrollment, and the username issued is valid until graduation.
Precautions for Use
- The use of the computer training room is limited to educational, research, and learning purposes. However, the use of job hunting (entry and information collection via the website) is permitted.
- The following is prohibited in the computer training room.
- Smoking, eating and drinking
- Mobile phone calls, private language, noise, and noise
- Bring in wet rain gear etc. (Please put rain gear etc. on the umbrella stand at the entrance)
- In addition, acts that cause inconvenience to other users
- Please do not perform the following actions on your computer.
- The act of transmitting harmful computer programs and data from a personal computer, or recording or executing it on a personal computer
- The act of installing or using software that may cause information leakage, such as file sharing software, on a personal computer.
- The act of putting a load on campus network system (mass download, etc.)
- Acts that infringe copyright (such as illegal copying or installation of software)
- Do not use unnecessary printing.
※Please refer to here for more information on how to use the printer. - Do not act violently, slander, discriminatory remarks, or acts that disturb public order and morals, such as disseminating obscene information on the network, as they may develop into lawsuits or be caught.
Please note that malicious users who violate the above may be revoked from the user ID and may not be able to use the computer training room.

A-302/303 Administrative assistants are waiting in the LL preparation room (3rd floor of Lecture Block A).
The management assistant of the B-209 classroom is waiting behind the B-209 classroom.
- If you have any questions about how to use the computer training room, please do not hesitate to ask your administrative assistant.
- If you have any problems with your equipment, such as not being able to connect to the network, print, or your computer does not finish properly, consult your administrative assistant.
- Due to work in other classrooms, administrative assistants may be absent.
- Please knock in the LL preparation room before entering the room.
