Applicants who need consideration for examination and study due to illness, injury, disability, etc. should consult with the University in advance. Based on the application, we will notify you of the details of the consideration after examination.

Depending on the content of the consultation, it may take some time to respond, and it may not be possible to respond by the day of the examination and special consideration may not be taken. Please consult as soon as possible.

How to apply

After contacting us in advance by telephone, etc., prepare an “Application for Examination and Study Consideration”, and submit the required documents by the specified deadline.

1. Contents to fill out the application form

Name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number, school of origin of the applicant
Faculties, departments, etc.
Type and degree of disability
Matters to be considered when taking the exam and matters to be considered when studying.
Special considerations, daily life status, etc. taken at your home school, etc.

Please fill in as specific as possible, such as the content of your desired consideration and the situation of your daily life.

b.Copy of doctor's medical certificate or certificate of disability

The doctor's medical certificate will be used as a material to determine the details of the consideration, so please have them fill out specifically.

c.University Admission Common Test "Notice of Consideration for Examination" ※Only applicable persons

If you have received a “Notice of Consideration for Examination” from the University Admissions Center, please attach a copy.

3. Deadline for consultation and application

- 3rd year transfer
  Until Friday, October 11, 2024

- School recommendation type selection / special selection (workers / return students)
  Until Friday, October 18, 2024

- General selection (first term, middle term of public university)
  Until Wednesday, January 29, 2025
