Applicants who need to consider the examination or study due to illness, injury, disability, etc. should consult with the University in advance. Based on the application, we will notify you of the details of the consideration.
Depending on the content of the consultation, it may take some time to respond, and we may not be able to respond by the day of the examination and special consideration may not be taken.
Application method
After contacting us in advance by telephone, etc., prepare an “Application for Examination and Study” and attach the required documents and submit it by the specified deadline.

1 Contents to fill out the application form
- Applicant's name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number, school of origin
- Faculties, departments, etc.
- Type and degree of disability
- Items to be considered when taking the exam and the considerations you would like when studying
- Special considerations, daily life situations, etc. taken at the school where they were from.

b.Copy of doctor's medical certificate or disability certificate
The doctor's medical certificate will be used as a material for determining the content of consideration, so please ask them to be filled out specifically.
c."Notice of Decision on Consideration for Examination" ※Only applicable persons
If you have been issued a “Notice of Decision on Examination” from the University Admissions Center, please attach a copy.
