Consideration for examination and study

Applicants who require consideration for examination and study due to illness, injury, disability, etc. should consult with the University in advance. Based on the application, we will notify you of the details of consideration after examination.

Depending on the content of the consultation, it may take some time to respond, and we may not be able to respond by the day of the examination and may not be able to take special consideration, so please consult as soon as possible.

Method of application

After contacting us in advance by telephone, etc., prepare an “Application for Consideration for Examination and Study” and submit the required documents by the specified deadline.
Please download the "Application for Consideration for Examination and Study" from the following.

1 Contents to be filled out in the application form

The applicant's name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number, school of origin
Faculties, departments, etc.
Type and degree of disability
Items to be considered when taking the exam, and items to be considered when studying
Special considerations taken at the school of origin, the situation of daily life, etc.

2 Required documents

a.Application for consideration for examination and study

b.Copy of doctor's medical certificate or disability certificate

The doctor's medical certificate will be a document that determines the details of consideration, so please have it filled out specifically.

c.University Admission Common Test "Notice of Consideration for Examination" ※Applicable persons only

If you have received a "Notice of Decision on Consideration for Examination" from the University Entrance Examination Center, please attach a copy.

3 Consultation and application deadline

- 3rd year transfer
  Until Friday, October 10, 2025

- School recommendation type selection and special selection (workers and returning students)
  Until Friday, October 17, 2025

- General selection (first term, middle term of public university)
  Until Wednesday, January 28, 2026
