Foreign Training Experience Report

I would like to introduce the real voice of experienced people.

Natsumi Yamamoto

YAMAMOTO Natsumi

Faculty of Economics Department of Economics 3 years
He was from Ube High School, Yamaguchi Prefectural Government

Australian Griffith University English School (Gold Coast)

During the training, I focused on English classes. It was all taught in English, but I can't forget that the teacher told me many times, "It's good to make a mistake because you're learning." The host family was kind and always welcomed me warmly when I came home. Every day, I noticed something in my life that makes me happy. The local people are cheerful and gentle, but have a solid idea of their own. Also, through foreign training, I was taught again how to express gratitude on a daily basis and the importance of relationships with people. From now on, I would like to act flexibly with my own axis and ideas in any situation without forgetting these thoughts.

Neriki Hiiragi

NERIKI Shudai

Faculty of Economics Department of International Commerce 2 years
From Fukuoka Prefectural Kokura Minami High School

Qingdao University, China

In China, I realized the difficulty of listening to the stories of the local people. However, it was also an opportunity to feel the warmth of the local people who talked slowly to me who couldn't understand. During the training, the Japanese embassy told me about Qingdao, a Chinese city, and that Japan and China are related to one-clothed water. What impressed me was the words, "It is important to actually go to the site without relying on the media information." I had a strong desire to visit China and other interested countries again to see the current situation with my own eyes. Taking advantage of this training, the motivation for acquiring HSK Level 4 has also increased. I plan to study abroad for one year in 2025, so I would like to improve my language skills and challenge them after returning to Japan.

Kagehara Yumeho

KAGEHARA Yumeho

Faculty of Economics Department of International Commerce 2 years
Born in Tokushima Prefectural Jonan High School

Hansin University, Korea (Seoul Campus)

I was originally interested in Korean culture and wanted to deepen my understanding of culture while improving my language skills, so I participated in training in Seoul, Korea. Life in Korea was very fulfilling, and it was a good opportunity to feel the difference between Korean and Japanese culture, such as lifestyle. I feel that I have gained new knowledge that will lead to my growth through cross-cultural experiences that I can only do without going to the site. My future goal is to get an international job. We aim to be a human resource that will serve as a bridge between overseas and Japan while thinking about airport operations, trade and trading companies that have longed for. For this reason, I would like to gain a variety of experiences that broaden my horizons while challenging qualifications while attending school and visiting foreign countries again.
