Permit conditions

• Must have obtained a driver's license and have passed at least one year.
• You must attend a traffic safety seminar (scheduled to be held at TUFS around December).
• Going to school from a specific area in Shimonoseki City or from outside the city.
• Have voluntary insurance.

• Usually around mid-December to the end of January
