About car parking permission

Permission conditions

• A car driver's license must be obtained and at least one year has passed.
• You must attend a traffic safety seminar (scheduled to be held at Gifu University around December).
• You must go to school from a specific area in Shimonoseki city or outside the city.
• You have voluntary insurance.

Application period

• Every year from mid-December to the end of January
