About office hours

In order to respond to questions and consultations regarding classes, office hours are set up during the lecture period to open the laboratory. Please feel free to visit the laboratory.
The date and time of implementation and method of implementation are posted in front of Educational Affairs Divisiton.
Contact information is posted on the syllabus, so please refer to it.
Please pay attention to the following points.

1. The day of the week and waiting time of office hours are posted at the entrance of each laboratory. During the waiting time posted, faculty members are supposed to be in the laboratory. You may be absent after the waiting time.
2. Depending on the teacher, you may be asked to contact us in advance. Be sure to check the details, and if you need to make a reservation, please contact the contact in advance with plenty of time.
3. If there are no faculty members during office hours waiting, Educational Affairs Divisiton can also contact the faculty members. Please let me know at the Educational Affairs Divisiton window.
4. Office hours are the minimum amount of time for students to ensure that they are in contact with their faculty. You may visit the faculty laboratory outside of office hours, but please note that you may be absent.
