About the Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship
Scholarships of the Japan Student Services Organization are loaned and paid as financial resources to excellent students who have difficulty studying for financial reasons. In the case of loan, they must be returned after completion.
The types of scholarships and monthly fees are shown in the table below. (Table 3) (Table 4) is the monthly amount of first-class scholarships when both benefit scholarships and first-class scholarships (interest-free loans) are used. It will be adjusted according to the support category. If you are not eligible for the support category review, the benefit scholarship will be suspended and the monthly amount of the first-class scholarship you originally selected will be transferred.

- If you are selected for the benefit scholarship, you can receive a reduction in tuition fees along with the benefit scholarship.
- If your academic performance is extremely poor, or if you are expelled due to disciplinary action, you may need to return it.

How to Apply
How to apply for the Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship include "reservation recruitment", "recruitment recruitment", and "recruitment of household budget change". The application period, procedure method, and reception desk are different. If you would like to borrow or receive scholarships, please apply as follows.
Application for "before" entrance to university
This is a system to apply (reserve) before entering university. You can apply even if you have not decided where to go to school. If you wish, please contact the high school you are enrolled in the year before going to school.
Those who have been hired for reservation recruitment (candidates for recruitment) will be officially decided by submitting a notice of enrollment after entering university.
- Please contact the high school where you are enrolled for the required documents.
- Procedures after entering university will be announced to the students.
Application for "after" entrance to university
This is a system to apply after entering university. We will be recruiting in early April. Unfortunately, those who have been rejected by reservation recruitment can also apply again. If you wish, please submit the required documents to the university.
Please be sure to attend a briefing session for prospective applicants at the beginning of April.

Emergency application…Reduction of scholarships and tuition fees
This is a system to apply when households suddenly change due to unforeseen reasons and urgently need assistance before the sudden change income status is reflected in resident tax information.
- Application deadline
- Within three months from the occurrence of a sudden household change
- If the reason for sudden household change occurred 15 months before enrollment (including the fourth year of college of technology) (if enrollment is April, January of the previous year of enrollment) and before the month before enrollment, Within 3 months after enrollment
If you fall under the following circumstances and need a scholarship, please consult with the university immediately.
- Death of one (or both) of the livelihood maintainer, difficulty working for more than six months due to accident or illness, unemployment, etc.
- Earthquake, fire, storm and flood damage, etc.
