Economic Community Systems and International Business Concentration
A Master's (economics) degree will be awarded to those who have been enrolled for a prescribed period of time, have acquired the prescribed credits required for completion, have received the necessary research guidance, and have met one of the following requirements, and have passed the examination and examination of the Master's thesis.

The Economics and Business Administration Graduate School of Economics, Graduate School of Shimonoseki City University aims to deepen understanding of how people interact and coexist in the international community and open up new perspectives.

Economic Community Systems and International Business Concentration
1. Formation of curriculum
In order to train highly specialized professionals through advanced learning and creative research on issues related to modern economic systems and business, on the basis of economics and business administration, a group of subjects related to industry, region, community, etc. ("economic community system") and subjects related to accounting, information, East Asia, etc. ("international business" field) will be set up to create a curriculum that allows students to learn widely according to their interests.
2. Education Content and Method
- Classes will be conducted either in lectures, exercises or practical training, or in combination with them.
- In order for students to learn independently, increase their motivation and interest, and develop the ability to continue learning throughout their lives, we will effectively incorporate methods such as active learning such as presentations and surveys.
- For master's thesis, we will provide opportunities to receive guidance from many faculty members, including vice-versa, through public presentations and other presentations on campus.
- We will secure appropriate learning Osamu time, including preparation and review, by describing it on the syllabus and evoke it in classes.
3. Evaluation of the achievements of Osamu Gaku

- In order to acquire the ability to think and analyze highly logically, we will open subjects related to scientific analysis, such as social science research methodology, measurement and quantitative methodology.
- In order to acquire the ability to accurately analyze and elucidate the educational phenomena occurring in society at a higher level, we will establish subjects such as social data analysis (infant education, school education, organizational management).
In addition, these subjects will be conducted by incorporating active learning as appropriate according to the type of class such as lectures and exercises. The evaluation of the achievements of Osamu Gaku will be conducted in a pluralistic and comprehensive manner in accordance with the Gaku Osamu Goal.
