When enrolling at Shimonoseki City University (faculty, 4 years of study period)

When taking the entrance examination, members of society can select "Special Selection for Professionals".

[Application requirements]
Those who have reached the age of 23 by March 31 of the entrance examination year and have at least 5 years of experience as a member of society, who have graduated from high school or secondary school (or have completed equivalent education)

[Long-term Course System]
If you wish to take the course systematically over a certain period of time beyond the period of study due to circumstances such as having a occupation, you can use the long-term course system. You can select the course period from 5 to 8 years at the tuition fee for 4 years. In addition, if you are enrolled by transfer, you can select a 3 or 4-year course period.

Course Students

You can take part of the course with your university students.
In addition, if you pass the final exam, you can earn credits for the subject.

[Audience fee] 14,800 yen per unit (the number of credits varies depending on the subject)

The entrance examination will be taken by "General Selection".

Research guidance and classes are also provided at night, Saturday, and holidays for working students. In addition, by combining this with intensive lectures during the holidays (summer and winter), it is possible to organize a timetable that allows you to acquire the required credits.

Reskilling Course (Applied Edition)

Based on Article 105 of the School Education Law, the Monoseki Regional DX Human Resource Development Reskilling Program and the Reskilling Course (Applied Edition) are an educational program that allows you to establish a coherent learning program (Course Certification Program) and issue a certificate of course based on the law to those who have completed it. In addition, if you are approved by the individual qualification screening conducted by the center, you can take the course as an auditor.
