　The youth "will" meeting was to think about ideas for solving regional issues in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The students thought that there were many good companies in Yamaguchi Prefecture, but that information was not sufficiently transmitted, and that it did not lead to population retention. As a solution, he proposed an idea to create a mechanism and organization that collects and matches information on students and local companies using AI (artificial intelligence) and apps called "regional information trading companies". Data Cubic Co., Ltd. is a group company of Yamaguchi Financial Group, Inc., which provides services such as supporting the problems faced by local businesses through data analysis and the use of AI. This time, I was invited to refer to the student's ideas and to refer to the opinions of the students (coordinated with YMFG ZONE Planning).

　Through visits and exchanges of opinions, the students seemed to be interested in companies (and banks that own the company) that sought contact with the community through information and technology. In addition, although there were similarities, it seemed that they felt the roughness of their ideas in terms of feasibility, such as data collection. Tsuyoshi Tokuhisa, Manager of Information Utilization Division of Data Cubic Co., Ltd., said, "The opinions that came out through the experience of job hunting (students) were interesting and helpful." Students will go to society in the future, but I hope that they will gain strength (knowledge, technology, and personal connections) through their work and be able to shape ideas little by little.
