For students who have participated in the national tournament or have decided to participate in the national tournament, a national tournament prize grant ceremony and a national tournament send-off party were held.
This time, a total of 12 students, one bodybuilding, six semi-rigid baseball club, and five Shorinji Kempo club, will be eligible for the national tournament participation award, and nine students will be awarded the national tournament participation award ceremony and national tournament participation send-off party.
In a conversation with Chair President, the students who had already completed the national convention expressed their impressions of the national convention, the students who were preparing for the national convention expressed their thoughts on the national convention, and the strong encouragement from Chair and President was even stronger.

・National Competition Award Ceremony
1. Bodybuilding
Participation meeting: The 54th All Japan Student Bodybuilding Championships 2019 (October 14, 2019)
Venue: Fussa Civic Center Large Hall
Players: Yuta Fukuda (3rd year in Department of Economics)
Although there is no club for bodybuilding at TUFS, Mr. Fukuda personally registered as a sports group and achieved excellent results in the qualifying tournament (Kyushu Student Bodybuilding Championships) and won the right to participate in the national tournament.
Mr. Fukuda was unable to win a prize at the national tournament, but he worked hard in bodybuilding, which he started in earnest after entering the university, and achieved a feat of participating in the national tournament.
・National Competition Send-off Party
1. Semi-hard baseball team (elected as selected team players)
Participation meeting: The 37th All Japan University 9 Blocks Antiquasi-rigid Baseball Tournament (November 15 (Fri) to 17 (Sun), 2019)
Venue: Osaka City Shinkin Bank Stadium, etc.
Players: Taikawa Nakatani (3 years in Department of Economics) ※ Participation for the second consecutive year
Ei Morimoto (3 years in Department of Economics) ※ Participation for the second consecutive year

The above six players were selected as players of the Chinese regional selection team participating in competitions held by selected teams from nine districts nationwide.

Shorinji Kempo Tokibe participated in the 47th Yamaguchi Prefectural Shorinji Kempo Tournament, which also serves as a national competition selection event held on June 2, 2019 (Sun), and students who achieved excellent results Was awarded the national competition participation right.
The semi-rigid baseball club and the Shorinji Kempo club produce national tournament players every year. With his accumulated experience and skills, he is expected to play an active role in national competitions.
