During the two days of December 9 (Mon) and 10 (Tue), 2019, the first leadership training was conducted during the lunch break, and leaders and subleaders of student groups and circles, as well as accounting and general affairs staff participated.
Leadership training is conducted twice a year, and you will learn what you need to run club activities.
This time, the first time, we learned about "Notes on Circle Accounting" on the first day and "Rules and Procedures for Circle Activities" on the second day.
Most of the participating circles have recently changed generations, and a new leader has just been born, and the students listened to the explanation with a serious expression.
The next leadership training is scheduled to be held in February.
