The 2nd Leadership Training Program for FY2019 was held on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, and about 80 circle leaders and sub-leaders participated.

　This training is to learn about the skills and ideas necessary as a leader of the circle.This time, Mr. Koichi Hamazaki, Representative Director of Maruyama Shoji Co., Ltd., who is also a representative of the Yosakoi team `` Maguan Cavalry '' who is active in and out of the city. We invited the lecturer and gave a lecture on the theme of "Becoming an attractive leader by improving communication skills ♪".

　Mr. Takazaki, who is also active as a psychological counselor, explained the importance of communication skills in an easy-to-understand manner using psychological tests and anime characters as analogy, and methods for setting goals using mandala charts was also introduced.

　From the impressions of the students who completed the training, I was impressed by the idea that a person with a high level of communication skills was a person who was able to draw out the other person's story."

　I hope that I will make use of what I learned in this leadership training will make my extracurricular activities more active.
