Shimonoseki City University holds Japanese, Chinese, and Korean speech contests every year with the aim of encouraging language learners to learn more by presenting their daily results, broadening their horizons, and promoting international understanding.
　However, in fiscal 2020, we decided to cancel the program to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection and ensure the health and safety of all participants.
