　Therefore, this time, the Japan Student Services Organization "Emergency Special Interest-Free Loan Type Scholarship", which provides special loans for a certain period of time as emergency support.
　This scholarship is provided by the government to supplement interest while utilizing the second-class scholarship (interest-bearing) system, and loaned at substantial interest-free.
