　In light of the situation in COVID-19 infection, Shimonoseki City University has decided to cancel the spring semester diploma and degree conferment ceremony scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020

　Considering the feelings of our graduates, graduates, and their parents, it was a difficult decision, but we ask for your understanding that we have made such a decision with the highest priority on preventing the spread of infection and ensuring the safety of everyone.

　The method of awarding diplomas and diplomas will be sent by mail.
