The 2nd Leadership Training for 2022 was held on February 10, 2023 (Friday).

　Leadership training is conducted twice a year for representatives and executives of student organizations (Alumni Association Executive Department, Sports Association, Cultural Association, each circle, etc.) to learn about the contents necessary for running club activities.

　The first one was held on December 5 (Mon) and 6 (Tue), 2022. On the first day, we learned about "Notes on Circle Accounting for Circle Accounting" and on the second day, we learned about "rules and procedures for circle activities".

　This time, the second session, we learned about the responsibilities of student organizations and the importance of proper accounting. The alumni association and the supporters' association explained the contents and procedures for the club activity subsidy program. I was able to know that there are various systems to support circle activities.

　In addition, Associate Professor Matsuzaki, a student support expert committee, gave a lecture on "leadership" and "importance of setting goals". In response to the question of "What is leadership?", the students answered their opinions firmly on the image of leadership they think. He also talked about the importance of friends and personal connections he gained through club activities.

　During the COVID-19 pandemic, the students thought about how they could do their activities, and conducted club activities while devising them. I hope that this experience will be used to further excite the club activities.
