We held a university tour for second-year students of Shimonoseki Secondary School.

On March 14 (Tuesday), 103 students from Yamaguchi Prefectural Shimonoseki Secondary School (second-year junior high school students) visited the university.

Vice President Sugiura introduced the university and a simulated lecture by Professor Kishimoto, "Shimonoseki and Whales-The Latest Situations from History and Culture-" were held. The students listened eagerly while taking notes.

At the current status briefing session by graduates of Shimonoseki Secondary School and TUFS students, we were able to hear stories about the differences between junior high and university students, how to spend their daily lives unique to university students, and questions asked in advance about job hunting for university students.

We hope that this tour will be an opportunity to think about the future of students.
