Application procedures for the Japan Student Services Organization's second-class scholarship (short-term study abroad) and the overseas study support system (dispatch agreement) will be conducted at the university. In principle, the application procedure for scholarships for foreign governments and scholarships for private organizations (for those who wish to study abroad) must be completed at the counter of each organization.
