[The aim of the lecture]
In this lecture, we will examine society from a viewpoint of place, especially from a familiar living space. In the past, daily life was completed almost in a local area, and it was also called a community. However, due to the development of transportation means and the emergence of various opportunities, the division of labor has progressed, and now there is almost no community community. These changes have made people’s lives significantly richer in material terms, but they cannot be said to have become spiritually richer.
In modern society, the gap between rich and those who are not is gradually widening. In terms of location, regional disparities in areas rich and declining areas are expanding. How this has happened, how the region changes due to changes in the situation, such as areas that are well managed and lively, and on the contrary, areas that have major problems and are sick. Think while showing specific examples.
