In Japan, the adult age is set by the Civil Code, and it is considered an adult at the age of 20. At the age of 18, you can obtain a driver's license for a normal car or exercise your right to vote, but you are not allowed to drink, smoke, or get married solely on your own. The age of voting rights and the age of adulthood are not the same. Therefore, in this lecture, we will examine subjects such as literature, philosophy, history, culture, and society, based on the concept of "adult" and "adult".

Focusing on various themes surrounding the region, especially social, culture, institutions, and historical perspectives, we will consider what factors have formed the "locality" of various regions. This lecture will suggest that local society, culture, and history have diverse relationships with local economies and industries. We hope that this lecture will be a signpost for those who learn regional themes.
