Based on the "Osamu Scholarship Program for Excellent Students", which was newly launched in FY2022, the winners have been decided.
This system is a system in which a scholarship is provided to students who have excellent academic performance to improve their motivation for learning Osamu and encourage Osamu. The selection will be based on the results of the previous year, so you may be eligible for the Gaku Osamu Incentive from any grade.
This year, a total of 50 students were selected, including 21 Department of Economics, 21 Department of International Commerce, 6 Department of Public Management, and 2 international students.
I would like to introduce four of them. He talked about what he felt when he was determined to be the best performers and his daily efforts to Osamu Gaku everyday.

This time, I am very honored to have been selected as the best performers in 2024. I think that it was the result of the polite and enthusiastic guidance of the teachers who received such an excellent evaluation. At the same time, I think it is because of the generous support from school officials, the warm encouragement from friends, and above all, the support of the family. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to all those who have taken care of me so far. In order to reward the benefits we have received so far, we will work harder to contribute to society as much as possible by encouraging the results of this selection. I am very honored to be selected as a top-ranking person this time. Last year, I worked with Osamu Gaku, focusing on time management. I managed the schedule in detail so that I could balance part-time jobs and learning, and I tried to ensure that I had time for learning. During the test week at the end of the semester, we made a learning plan and worked efficiently to clarify our goals and challenges. In the future, there will be more places to get information and act on your own, so I would like to work while further enhancing independence. I would like to deepen my knowledge of regional policies and international economies of particular interest, and to learn practically. We will do our best to make the most of what we have learned so far and become a more mature person.

I knew the existence of the system, but I am very honored to not expect myself to be chosen. For the past year, I first tried not to be absent from lectures with the goal of not dropping credits. During the lecture, I tried to take notes focusing on important points in the teacher's story. The parts that were difficult to understand were borrowed and supplemented by related books at the university library, and reviewed while comparing them with resumes. In the future, I would like to step into more specialized fields and actively deepen my knowledge from myself. As I entered university, I became interested not only in the consumer side but also in the perspective of thinking about the economy from the production and management side. In the process of learning this, I would like to find an area where I am particularly interested in. With this election, I would like to clarify my goals for studying for the future and work hard to achieve further growth.

I am very honored to have been selected as a winner. I have always maintained a high attendance rate and tried not to be late. I sat in a seat near my teacher as much as possible and worked to create an environment where I could concentrate on lectures. In addition, by thoroughly managing time and establishing an efficient learning schedule, I tried to live a well-balanced life. As a result, I was never rushing to meet the deadline for the task. In the future, we plan to actively engage in internships and volunteer activities again this year in order to make use of the knowledge gained at the university to society. Encouraged by being awarded as a top performers, I would like to continue my efforts and continue to take on new challenges.
