International Exchange Center holds the essence of Japanese culture twice a year with the aim of raising and understanding interest in Japanese culture.
In the second year of 2024, on October 19, 2024 (Saturday), we carried out a walk in Yanai and a visit to Hofu Tenmangu Shrine.
Although it was unfortunate rainy, I strolled through the town of the tasteful white-walled and experienced the production of goldfish lanterns, a folk art. With a pattern on Japanese paper, a goldfish was created in the world.
At Hofu Tenmangu Shrine, we spent time praying for "a cow that fulfills dreams," pulling Omikuji, and finding ways to enjoy each shrine.
