Information on recruitment of students entering the student hall for 2014

Student Hall Recruitment Information

 In 2011, the SCU Student Center and Hikarigaoka Heights B Building were newly established. If you wish to move in, please complete the application procedure. If you have any questions about the application procedure, please contact the Student Support Group.

 *Please refer to "Summary of Student Hall" for details on recruitment staff, usage fees, etc.

 Note 1) "Application for moving in" and "Personal Record for moving in" can also be downloaded from the OIST website.

 Note 2) We cannot accept applications with incomplete documents or applications that have passed the deadline.

 Note 3) The period of stay is one year in principle.

 

                      Records

  (1) Qualifications

   Those who wish to move in due to economic circumstances of the household to which the student belongs.

  (2) Documents to be submitted

   A. Application Form (Form 1)

   B. Resident's personal record (Form 2)

   C. Documents certifying the income of the parent (father / mother) or dependents who bear the financial resources

     (If the parents have income, be sure to attach the income certificate of both parents.)

    *Refer to the attached certificate list.

   D. Envelope for reply (for notification of selection results)

     The applicant's postal code, address, and name are written on the envelope of long form No. 3, and an 80 yen stamp is attached.

   Note 1) The results of the selection will be announced on the website and by mail.

   Note 2) Mid-term Schedule Even if you are a candidate and wish to move in, during the above “Submission Period” before the announcement of the pass.

  (5) Selection method

   Residents will be selected based on comprehensive judgments on the economic situation of the student bearer, the availability of commuting to school, and family status.
     (In order of application, it is not a lottery)
