Leadership training was held on February 8, 2016 (Monday), and about 100 circle leaders and subleaders participated.
This training was to learn about the necessary skills as a leader of the circle, and was held for the second time this year.
This time, we used a method called "mind map" to analyze problems in circles and conduct group work to guide solutions.
Each group was given themes such as "About internal discipline" and "About internal human relations", and participants freely created a mind map while introducing the current situation and issues of each circle to which they belong.
Through group work, the students who participated seemed to find common points in common with the problems they had as leaders and sympathize with them, and they seemed to have received good stimulus between circles that were not often involved in.
I hope that this training will be used for problem solving and activity plans in the circle, and that it will lead to a fulfilling university life.
