Current research theme
[Analysis of comprehensive phenotype data in mice using statistics and machine learning]
Overview: To date, we have been using phenotype data (health data) of experimental animal mice to present a reference dataset of the relationship between phenotypes by association analysis and develop quantitative representation methods for the degree of male and female mice by gradient boosting determination trees. In the future, we will use health data and business data to conduct research and consulting using statistics and machine learning.
