Shimonoseki City University and students, international students, children, and local people will introduce the gyoza culture eaten during the Chinese winter solstice and Chinese New Year! !

In Japan, grilled dumplings are commonly eaten, but in China, where dumplings are home, water dumplings are the mainstream! The taste of freshly made hot water dumplings made by the participants and Chinese international students is exceptional. It is an event that you can enjoy "filled stomach" with introductions of Chinese and Chinese culture.
