If you are taking the university entrance examination center examination on January 18 (Sat) and 19 (Sun), 2014 at the Shimonoseki City University Examination Center, please check the following.

• Please use public transportation on the day of the exam.
  There is no parking lot or pick-up vehicle waiting area around the university.
  Parking and stopping near the main gate of the university will cause a great deal of inconvenience to local residents.
  Please refrain from picking up test takers by private car, etc., as it may cause accidents and traffic congestion.
• On the day of the exam, only candidates will not be admitted on campus.
  The admission ticket will be checked at the main gate and the examination building, so candidates should present the admission ticket to the staff.
  In addition, there are no waiting rooms for parents or high school officials.
• The test site should be previewed between 14:00 and 17:00 on Friday, January 17 the day before the test.
  You can preview it up to the entrance of the building. You can't enter the building.

  ・For applications and inquiries for additional exams, please refer to the "Notes on Examination" issued by the University Admissions Center and contact us.
  ・If you have lost your admission ticket, please come to the test site as soon as possible on the day of the exam and re-issue it.
