We will hold a briefing on scholarship recruitment for the Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship as follows.
We will give you very important documents, so please be sure to attend the meeting.

Date and time: Monday, June 2, 2014 16:30-17:15
        　 Tuesday, June 3, 2014 12:15-13:00

Location: Ⅰ-206 Classes (Main Building I, 2nd floor)

Target: Students who have submitted (entered) a notice of enrollment between April 9 and April 24.

Items to bring: Student ID card

Contents: Distributing scholarship certificates, scholarship student bookmarks, return pledges, and explanations of future procedures, etc.

Remarks: Students who submitted (entered) a notice of enrollment after April 25 and new after entering university
　　　 For students who have applied for scholarships, a briefing will be held on a different schedule.
