heat stroke is caused by the loss of body temperature control function because the balance of salt such as water and sodium in the body is lost due to activity in the scorching sun or intense exercise.
heat stroke is particularly likely to occur in environments such as unusually high temperatures and humidity, weak winds and strong sunlight.
However, even when the temperature is not high (when it is not hot), it may occur due to the occurrence of a large amount of heat in the muscles or dehydration during sports and activities.
Take care of prevention with correct knowledge and respond promptly if you suspect heat stroke.
Symptoms of heat stroke ("heat stroke Environmental Health Manual" from Ministry of the Environment)

Response of heat stroke
If you think it might be heat stroke, it is important to recognize that it is an emergency facing death and take the following actions immediately.
- Move to a well-ventilated shade or a room with a cooler
- Loosen the clothes
- Cool your body
Apply a towel wet with ice or cold water to your limbs.
Or send the wind with a fan or fan. - Replenish water and salt with sports drinks.
Prevention of heat stroke
heat stroke can be life-threatening, but it can be prevented with a little attention in daily life.
Avoid the heat
Outdoors, walk in the shade, wear parasols, and wear a hat.
Also, refrain from unreasonable exercise or work under the scorching sun.
Exercise and work in hot places frequently change people and shorten each person's activity time as much as possible.
Hydrate frequently
It is important to drink water before you are thirsty.
I don't overdo it when I'm not feeling well
If you are sick, such as fatigue, fever, cold, diarrhea, etc., rest your body without overdoing it.
To devise clothes
Wear clothes and underwear with good moisture absorption and breathable material that absorbs sweat.
Create a cool environment inside
Indoors, curtains and blinds prevent direct sunlight and improve ventilation.
Create a cool environment such as using a cooler.
