2.Date and time
　・Thursday, December 13, 2018 12:50-14:10 First-year students
　・Friday, December 14, 2018 16:00-17:20 2nd year student
　・Monday, December 17, 2018 16: 00-17: 20 Third-year students
　・Tuesday, December 18, 2018 16:00 to 17:20 All grades (preliminary days)

3.Location
　　December 13th and 14th ... B-303 Classroom
　　December 17th and 18th ... A-301 Classroom

※Attention
　・If it overlaps with the class, please give priority to the class.
　・If you are unable to attend the briefing for the relevant grade, all grades (preliminary dates)
　　Or attend a briefing session for another grade.
　・If you are unable to attend the entire schedule for justifiable reasons, please come to the Student Support Group window.
