　1st to 3rd graders who are lending scholarships to the Japan Student Services Organization

2.Date and time
　・Thursday, December 13, 2018 12:50 to 14:10 First graders
　・Friday, December 14, 2018 16:00 to 17:20 Second graders
　・Monday, December 17, 2018 16:00 to 17:20 3rd grade students
　・Tuesday, December 18, 2018 16:00 to 17:20 All grades (preliminary days)

3.Place
　　December 13th and 14th: B-303 classroom
　　December 17th and 18th: A-301 classroom

※Attention
　・If it overlaps with the class, please give priority to the class.
　・If you are unable to attend the briefing for the relevant grade, all grades (preliminary days)
　　Or attend a briefing session for other grades.
　・If you are unable to participate in the full schedule due to justifiable reasons, please come to the Student Support Group window.

　・If you do not complete the continuation procedure, the scholarship will be abolished.
