COVID-19 infection, which occurred in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China since December 2019, has been infected since January this year. On January 31, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a "public health emergency of international concern". The Chinese government is responding to unnecessary and urgent outings, restrictions on movement, and closure of administrative agencies. In response to this situation, the procedures for applying for the 2020 admission fee and tuition reduction for the first semester of the university will be handled as shown in the attached sheet.
