Higher Education Study Support New System For those who applied in the fall of 2019 and received a scholarship payment in April (for 2nd to 4th graders)

Those who applied for a new system for study support for higher education in the fall of 2019 and were adopted as a result of the examination, a benefit scholarship will be transferred to the designated account on April 21 (Tuesday).

Confirm the transfer of the benefit scholarship, and for those who have been hired, please submit a “Status Report”. "Status Report" will be submitted (entered) from Scalanet Personal.
The student support group has sent an e-mail about "Submission of Status Report" to the address of [s Student Registration Number @-] to the address of [s Student Registration Number @-]. Please check and proceed.
About presentation procedure of "report of present situation (also notice of change of attending school style)" 

Deadline for submission of “Status Report”: Monday, May 25, 2020

After submitting the status report, the relevant student should submit a certificate of attending school outside of home.
Please print out the submission form and attach a copy of the lease agreement for the apartment etc. and submit it.

※We will inform you of the procedure after submitting the status report on our website again.  
※If you have not received a loan or payment of the Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship and have not yet registered Scalanet Personal, you will need to register a new one.
