We will distribute documents related to scholarship refund to those who have completed scholarship loan.
If you are a student who can come to the school, please come to the Student Support Group within the window distribution period.
For those who have not received it during the window distribution period, we will mail the documents to the guardian address.

Window distribution period: June 1 (Mon) to June 5 (Fri), 2020 (weekdays 8:30-17:15)

　Place　：Student support group window (Main Building I, 1F, 2nd window)

Targets　：Those who have been loaned in March 2020 (persons who have been "declined" or "abolished" in the eligibility certification procedure)
　　　　　　　Those who have submitted a transfer request (notification) and have completed the loan

Items to bring　：Student ID card

　Contents　：About registration of return confirmation slip, scholarship return account

Document submission deadline: Until 17:00 on June 26, 2020

 To everyone who starts returning (video created by the Japan Student Services Organization)
 Explanatory materials at the time of return
