Beware of heat stroke

The outbreak of heat stroke peaks from July to August. Please understand heat stroke correctly and try to prevent it.

○heat stroke can be prevented with proper prevention.
○Even if you suffer from heat stroke, you can save your life with appropriate first aid measures.
○Let each and every one of us have the right knowledge of the prevention of heat stroke, pay attention to changes in our physical condition, and call for prevention to prevent health damage caused by heat stroke.
If you feel sick, do not overdo it and use the Health Consultation Room.
Be especially careful when wearing a mask.

The symptoms of heat stroke...
I-degree dizziness, fainting, bumping, sweating, etc.
II-degree headache, nausea, getting sick, etc.
III degree impaired consciousness, convulsions, high body temperature, etc.

Prevention of heat stroke (* Be especially careful this year!)
1.Avoid the heat (wearing a hat, wearing a parasol, walking in the shade, etc.)
2.Rehydrate frequently (replenished water and salt)
3.If you are not feeling well, do not overdo it (if you are sick, you can rest your body)
4.Innovate clothes (wear hygroscopic and breathable clothes or underwear)
5.Create a cool environment indoors (use air conditioner when it is hot)
