This year, with the support of the "Sports Safety Association Sports Activities Promotion Promotion Subsidy Program", we are implementing the "2024 Shimonoseki City University Circle Support Project".
In this project, we provide training expenses assistance (facility usage fees, transportation expenses, etc.) at off-campus facilities in the hard garden ball club.

The hard garden ball club has been practicing on the university tennis courts (three sides). Due to the construction of a new school building in Faculty of Nursing, which was opened in 2025, the use of the tennis court will be restricted for safety reasons.

Therefore, with the support of the Sports Safety Association, we secure a safe practice place for students and subsidize the cost. Many members, including new students who joined in April, are practicing at a municipal garden stadium equipped with night games. We make effective use of grants to reduce the financial burden on students, such as subsidizing travel expenses, including traveling by bus.
