About Term I Dispatched Students
■ Application period: ~ January 24, 2025 (Fri) 17:00
■ Briefings:
Date and time December 23 (Mon) and December 25 (Wed), 2024 12:20 to 13:00
Place I-201 Classroom (2nd floor of Main Building I)
■ Date of the selection test: February 7 (Fri)-February 13 (Thu), 2025 (Interview test)
■ Determination of dispatched students: Around the fourth week of February

■ How to apply for dispatched students
The following documents shall be submitted to International Exchange Center by the due date (January 24, 2025).
・Application Form for Dispatched Students (Form No. 1) (English) (Chinese)
・Form No. 1 (additional materials)
・“Reasons for Application for Dispatched Students” and “Self-recommendation” (how to write)
・Application for permission to study abroad (signature and seal of guardian is required.)
・Study abroad pledge (signature and seal of guardian is required.)
・Bring the original and copy of the results of the language examination (English is required.) Only when you can submit Chinese)

■ Notes
If the university determines that it is not possible to start studying abroad safely, the student dispatch may be postponed or canceled.
