Since September last year, active employees of Yakult Honsha gave lectures at TUFS as a joint research subject. This class aims to deepen understanding of health and to understand the basic contents of economic activities by learning about the history, ways of thinking, management strategies and market strategies of healthy foods that Yakult Honsha has cultivated. The final task imposed on students is to devise a project that leads to Yakult's feasible local contribution (revitalization). Eight top performers gave a presentation in front of the president and executive officers, including the Senior Managing Director of Yakult Honsha.

Eight students proposed Yakult's unique home delivery service, recycling Yakult containers, and initiatives utilizing Yakult's sports team to address issues in an aging society, food loss, and global warming. .
