On July 25, 2025, President HAN Changwan attended the "Czech-Japan Higher Education Agreement and Network Construction Conference" held at the Czech National Pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, and signed a memorandum of understanding on academic exchange with the University of Fradec Kralove in the Czech Republic, promising to promote inter-university exchanges in various fields.

　Fradez Kralove University (Fradez Kralove City) is a historic public university established in 1959, with 6,300 students (including 650 international students).
The University of Fradez Klarové offers courses such as economics, business administration, computer science, humanities, social sciences, pedagogy, and arts, as well as natural sciences and technical programs.
International exchange is also actively conducted, with more than 330 affiliated universities around the world, and the number is increasing every year. In addition to partner universities within the European Union (EU), we also conduct exchange programs with partner universities in many countries such as the United States, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Ghana, and Nigeria.

　Through the conclusion of a memorandum of understanding on academic exchange, both universities will promote exchanges in various fields such as exchange study abroad, joint research, and information exchange among students.

　After the signing of the memorandum, discussions were held with Michal Strobech, Vice President for Strategic Development and Digitalization at Fradetz Kralove University, and Vice President for International Relations Reona Stashova.

　During the discussions, a lively exchange of views was held on a visit to the European partner universities in President HAN Changwan , scheduled for October of this year, as well as student exchanges with the University of Fradez Klarové.
