Notes

About parking lot

• Parking space is limited. There is a possibility that parking will not be possible due to full parking. There is no parking nearby.
  A free shuttle bus from Hatabu Station and Shin-Shimoseki Station (East Exit) runs regardless of JR suspension.
  Please refrain from parking at nearby commercial facilities as it may be very annoying.
• Please note that the theft in the parking lot and accident occurrence does not take responsibility.

About the free shuttle bus

• We operate a free shuttle bus from the nearest station.
• The shuttle bus is not a reservation system, so if it is full, you will not be able to board.
• Please note that depending on the road conditions on the day, it may not be possible to meet the start time of the desired event.
  (Buses departing from Shin-Shimoseki Station at 9:40 and Hatabu Station at 9:50 will not be in time for the event that starts at 10:00.)

About Visit Reception

After attending the event, please first accept the reception at the main building, receive the open campus bag, and then participate in each event.

About lunch etc.

• We are very sorry that the free lunch and free drink tickets, which were the participants' benefits, have reached the planned quantity for the large number of participants, but we will not be able to provide them to all participants.
• For those who are eligible for free lunch tickets and free drink tickets, we will email you a ticket from the university on August 1 (Fri), so please print your ticket and bring it with you on the day. (It cannot be used by presentation of the smartphone screen.)
  On the day of use, please cut the necessary ticket yourself and submit it to the person in charge.
• The student cafeteria is expected to be crowded because a large number of visitors are expected. Please use it with plenty of time.
• Lunch can be purchased in cash at the student cafeteria or bakery, but it may be sold out because many visitors come. Please consider preparing your own lunch.
• There are many classrooms where you can eat and drink on campus. Please refer to the leaflet distributed on the day and use it.

Shooting and SNS posting

• Please refrain from taking photos, videos, or posting on SNS etc. on campus. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to protect the privacy of visitors and students.
• TUFS staff may take pictures of the open campus and use photos and videos taken for public relations activities such as websites and official SNS. Thank you for your understanding.

About the event of the day

About each event

We acknowledge at the time of application that you wish to participate in the event selected at the time of application does not guarantee the securing of seats.
Some events have received a close number of requests, so if you have enough time, please check the situation on the day and change the time of the event to participate in.
In addition, due to a large number of participants, participation in the event may be limited to students.

About Faculty of Nursing “Nursing Experience”

For the nursing experience, please select one of the four experience booths.
Please decide the experience booth and participation time at the reception desk of Building N, and receive a numbered ticket from the person in charge.
(The numbered tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis. You may not be able to select the desired experience booth and time. )

heat stroke Measures

The University's open campus will be implemented with thorough safety measures, but we hope that all visitors will take sufficient measures for heat stroke on their own.

• It is not necessary to wear uniforms. Please come in well-ventilated clothes.
• Please replenish water and salt frequently. It can be supplemented during the lecture.
  There is a vending machine installed on campus, but please bring drinks just in case.
• If you feel uneasy about your physical condition during your visit, please contact the university staff.
• If you are worried about your physical condition, please do not overdo it.
