Leadership Training was held.

Leadership training was held on February 12, 2015 (Thursday), and about 50 leaders of the circle participated.

This training is to learn about the power required by the leader of the circle.
This time, we invited Professor Akito Yamagata of Iwakuni Junior College as a lecturer on the theme of "Exciting teaching techniques to become a leader", and learned about leadership in a hands-on manner while incorporating work using the body. Was.

It is important for leaders who manage the group to be "obedient", and "be honest" means to connect and find something important for the other party. I also learned about "seeing" and "kiku", the importance of non-linguistic communication, and the specific content and how to speak out for "telling". Through work using my body, I was able to deepen my learning and finish the training with a smile.

The students who participated said, "I want to make use of this training to improve the team." "I enjoyed learning." "I was relieved to see that there are many other friends who can overcome their hardships together."

I hope that this training will further revitalize club activities and lead to a fulfilling university life.
