Leadership training was held on December 22, 2015 (Tuesday), with 93 leaders from student groups and circles, as well as accountants.

Leadership training is held twice a year, and you will learn what you need to run club activities.

This time, I learned about the excitement and growth obtained through voluntary circle activities and the responsibilities associated with it, focusing on "significance of circle activities, student autonomy" and "Notes on circle accounting".

Circle accounting is also a place to practice what you have learned in Faculty of Economics classes. The students who participated listened to the explanation with a serious expression.

The next leadership training is scheduled to be held in February.
