On July 20, 2016 (Wednesday), the Public University Open Lecture "Philosophers and Politics-About the Brush Case of Kant's Late Year" was held at the University's Main Building II-301 classroom.
　Professor Masahiro Nishida, who specializes in Kant ethics at Faculty of Economics, talked about how philosophers should be in political control, taking into account the case of Kant's late years. Prof. Nishida's philosophy course also had several regular students, and the participants received very satisfying impressions.
