This theme was set up by the University Festival Executive Committee with the desire to bring a change to the history of the Maguan Festival, which has been held 54 times by making the opportunity given as a place for challenge (Try). 　As a new attempt this year, on the second day, a "Halloween Night" was held so that local residents can enjoy the Maguan Festival, which had tended to be exciting only on campus, and families with children in Shimonoseki City visited a large number of visitors Was. It was a great success, with the number of people coming far exceeding the expectations of the University Festival Executive Committee, and the prepared sweets were lost on the way. In addition, visitors were served with the traditional Fukunabe of the University Festival Executive Committee, invited entertainers to hold a free comedy live outdoors, and it was an event that everyone who came to enjoy enough.
