Leadership training was held on December 15, 2016 (Thursday), with 84 leaders from student groups and circles, as well as accountants.
Leadership training is held twice a year, and you will learn what you need to run club activities.
This time, Mr. Nakajima talked about important points to fulfill his responsibilities as a leader in club activities, focusing on clerical work such as "Notes on Circle Accounting" and "Rules and Procedures for Circle Activities". I learned.
The students listened to the explanation with a serious expression, including the purpose of the Harassment Prevention Committee and the introduction of the consultation desk.
The next leadership training is scheduled to be held in February.
