During the two days of December 9 (Mon) and 10 (Tue), 2019, the first leadership training was conducted during lunch break, with student groups and circle leaders and subleaders as well as accounting and general affairs staff participating.
Leadership training is held twice a year to learn about what is needed to run club activities.
This time, the first time, I learned about "Notes on Circle Accounting" on the first day and "Rules and Procedures for Circle Activities" on the second day.
Most of the participating circles have recently changed generations and a new leader has just been born, and the students listened to explanations with a serious expression.
The next Leadership Training is scheduled to be held in February.
