During the two days of December 9 (Mon) and 10 (Tue), 2019, the first leadership training was held during the lunch break, with leaders and sub-leaders of student groups and circles, as well as accounting and general affairs staff participated.
Leadership training is conducted twice a year to learn about what you need to run a circle activity.
This time, the first day, we learned about "Precautions for Circle Accounting" and on the second day, "Rules and procedures for circle activities" on the second day.
Most of the participating clubs have recently changed generations and new leaders have just been born, and the students listened to the explanations with a serious expression.
The next leadership training is scheduled to be held in February.
