We held a university tour for first-year students of Shimonoseki Secondary School

On October 13 (Thursday), 105 students from Yamaguchi Prefectural Shimonoseki Secondary School (first-year junior high school students) visited the university.

Vice President Sugiura introduced the university and a simulated lecture by Professor Kishimoto, "Shimonoseki and Whales-The Latest Situations from History and Culture-" were held. The students listened eagerly while taking notes.

At the current status briefing session by a graduate of Shimonoseki Secondary School and a university student, I heard about the differences between junior high school and university and how to spend a daily life unique to university students, and then asked how to study in a Q&A session.

We hope that this tour will be an opportunity to think about the future of students.
