　The paper on management accounting, which is Professor Adachi's specialty, was awarded the Japan Society for Organizational Accounting and Encouragement Award in 2022, and was awarded at a conference meeting held at Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo on November 26 (Saturday). On this day, Prof. Adachi, who visited the award report, received words of congratulations from President Han.

　The Japan Society for Organizational Accounting is an international society with its members in North America and Europe, and this paper is published in English in the journal "japanese management and international studies" published annually by the Society.

　Prof. Adachi is expected to play an active role in the future.
